You are free to terminate the contract without penalty if we do not meet your standards. Dream Homes Asia offers their house owners professional property management and above average occupancy rates with our rental service. Over the last few years we have focused on houses in the higher segment of the market in southern USA, Philippines and Western Europe now we offer our high quality service also in many places in Thailand. If you have just, bought or built a new house in Thailand, are unhappy with your current property management or, are on the lookout for a reliable German-speaking management, then we would be delighted if you would contact us. Dream Homes Asia does not sign an extra contract with its customers about property management, so you are free to change to another provider at any time, if you are not satisfied with our service or occupancy rates. When carrying out maintenance work on our houses we use only qualified personnel with the necessary state licenses. All controls, surveillance and admissions are carried out personally by us.
Service benefits include (depending on the package) in the management program are: Weekly control of the house, Emptying the letter box and forwarding post on request, Controlling the pool and the gardening, Checking the sprinkler system, Affordable repairs, Quality and cost controls for repairs and services, Checking-in and checking-out the clients** and much more for our property management we charge starting from THB 2000.00 per month, whereby the first month is free*.
For using our rental service and to advertise and maintain your property in the marketplace we charge a fee equal to 20-25% of the gross rental income. (Details please see below)

when checking in and out we maintain a comprehensive transfer protocol for the house. Recording possible damages, checking the carpets for spots, checking the inventory, returning the keys, the garage door opener etc. For checking in and checking out the clients as well as customer service and marketing during the whole rental period we charge a fee of 20-25% of the gross rental income per rental.
